Hertfordshire County Council has commissioned DisabledGo to produce an online accessibility guide to venues and services across the county and is encouraging residents to contribute to the project.
We would like to invite disabled people, parents of disabled children, older people and carers to come along to one of two consultation events to learn about the project and to help identify the places and spaces across the county to include in the access guide.
The events in Watford and Welwyn are taking place on:
Tuesday 15th December 2015 – 2:30pm – 4:30pm

Wednesday 16th December 2015 – 2:30pm – 4:30pm

The DisabledGo project will result in an online guide which will provide in-depth access information on 1,000 venues across Hertfordshire including shops, restaurants, leisure centres, hotels, libraries, parks, museums, children’s centres and many more places.
During the project there will be some local employment opportunities. If you are interested please come along to the event and speak with the DisabledGo representative.
