We meet on the third Friday of the month (term time only)
in the morning between 10.00am-12.00pm

Come along and meet representatives from over forty organisations to find out about the support that is available for children and young people (0-25 years) with Special Needs and Disabilities.

Hertfordshire County Council has commissioned DisabledGo to produce an online accessibility guide to venues and services across the county and is encouraging residents to contribute to the project.
We would like to invite disabled people, parents of disabled children, older people and carers to come along to one of two consultation events to learn about the project and to help identify the places and spaces across the county to include in the access guide.
The events in Watford and Welwyn are taking place on:

The DisabledGo project will result in an online guide which will provide in-depth access information on 1,000 venues across Hertfordshire including shops, restaurants, leisure centres, hotels, libraries, parks, museums, children’s centres and many more places.
During the project there will be some local employment opportunities. If you are interested please come along to the event and speak with the DisabledGo representative.
The Young Carers Conference 2016 has been arranged for Thursday 18th February,10.45am to 1.15pm, followed by lunch, at Watford Football Club, Vicarage Road, Watford, WD18 OER.
You will be able to meet Cleveland, the team mascot, and much more. It will be a ball of a time!
Part of the conference will be focused on the Youth Manifesto that we worked really hard on. You can find a copy of the manifesto HERE
